In general I've been spending a lot of time at the same billiard and pool websites over the past few months.

After a few months playing at the same billiard and pool websites they can start feeling a little stale, so today I decided to go for a wander out there online and see if I could find another billiard site that I hadn't come across before.

Billiard Magic (www.billiardmagic.com) is the first one I came across that I do not believe I've seen before and it looked like they were quite a decent site when I first had a look. They have a download option as well as what looked like many other features.

Once clicking on the play now button I was taken straight to another billiards website that I have been playing for some time and enjoy (PoolSharks).

Personally, I find this style of billiard website quite annoying. What I was looking for was a new billiards game that I could play that I hadn't come across before but instead I ended up downloading something that while good was not what it was advertising.

Here on PlayOnlinePool.com we put the time and effort into building a play for free pool game that many people enjoy. We also discuss and review many different online billiards and pool websites from around the internet. I don't know if I'm expecting too much but I believe others should have the common decency to advertise what it actually is that you're about to download. Putting up a false site that doesn't actually give much value to the player. It would be better if there was an advertisement about the billards site in question or at least if there was something letting people know that they would be downloading something that wasn't directly from Billiard Magic. That would allow people to know if they have already been playing this particular billiard game or not.

That was a bit of rant however I believe it is better for everyone if websites are in fact what they portray.

I'll go out and see if I can now find another billiard website that is promoting something I don't already play!
